I am never received my item. Now 1.5 months. Take my money. Keeping sending me rubbish massages. Now telling me to take screenshot of tracking page. This is not my job. Keeping play for time. Please don't be attracted by photo of items on website. This is how take your money, and you never see you money again. I feeling up complains form to trading standards. I hope so stoped trading this company on UK market.
ORDERED SOCKS+ 2 PAIRS OF SHOES, SOCKS OUT OF STOCK AND THEY DID REFUND MY MONEY WITHIN 14 DAYS, BOTH SHOES COULD NOT EVEN GET THEM ON MY FEET COMPLETELY WRONG SIZES ASKED FOR REFUND WAS REFUSED EVEN THOUGH I SENT THE PICTURES THROUGH WHICH THEY REQUESTED, LOST 35 POUNDS AM ABSOLUTELY FUMING, READING ALL OF THESE REVIEWS SURELY SOMETHING CAN BE DONE ABOUT ALL THESE PEOPLE LOSING THERE MONEY IT'S A JOKE GOING TO TAKE THIS FURTHER...

I ordered a nike shoes from vova and after 2
weeks canceled my order by vova. This hapend 1months ago and i still not received my money back!!!!!!
Phone was NOT AS DESCRIBED! Not even close!

Memory was a pathetic 2GB NOT 12GB+512GB as described!
Did NOT have finger print or facial recognition as described!
I asked to return for a refund and they simply said REFUND REJECTED!
No explanation, no discussion, just REFUD REJECTED!

I love it.It took a very short time before the item was delivered.
Vova really surprised it’s a really great shop and all there products seem to be true I love the way they go about shipping and tracking info they let you know where you’re parcel is and when it would be by you’re house. I love how vova shows us how many people have ordered in the past and reviews seem genuine. Overall great experience will be shopping there again soon

Nope only the small amount. You spend more they well run away. Small amount it's kinda bait!
